Inner knowing is External Impact

There's the saying that no one knows how much you know until they know how much you care. I challenge you to take that idea one step deeper.

No one cares how you can help them until you know what you care about most. Your purpose, your passion is the key to helping people and impacting the world. The extent to which you are willing to mine the reasons for your existence and your innate gifts determine how wide your reach is in supporting others and creating the change in the world you want to see.

Maybe you don't believe me. That's okay. As I've said before, test what you hear and read! Here's one way to do that.

Over the next couple days, choose to have 2 different kinds of conversations. With 1/2 the people you speak with have basic, shallow conversations about the weather, something you ate, etc. And the other half engage them on a deeper level. Share what matters to you the most and ask them to do the same.

Deeper connection and awareness IS greater impact. Notice what differences you experience and how this perspective changes.

This simply means that "The depth of personal knowledge of your purpose equals the breadth of your ability to help others." --Heidi Sue Roth

Tomorrow's call is about creating the depth and breadth! I can't wait!

Wishing you Success & Heart,
Heidi Sue
